Hello dear client, here is everything you need to know about the garden:

• 💲 Rate for small functions: We charge UGX 1,200,000 for small functions (150 people and below) like baptisms, wedding launches, birthdays, etc.
• 🎉 Rate for big functions: For bigger functions (more than 150 people) like weddings, receptions, kwanjulas, kuhinjiras, we charge UGX 2,000,000.
• 📏 Garden Dimensions & Layout: The part of the garden that is entirely unencumbered by trees or shrubs measures **26m by 32m**. The 32m side runs along the perimeter wall, while the 26m side faces the parking area.
• 👔 Changing rooms: We provide changing rooms for the big functions only.
• ⚡ Electricity & Facilities: We provide electricity for the whole function and keep the toilets clean for you throughout the event.
• 👉 Standby generator: You (The client) will need to bring a standby generator in case of power outages.
• 🍴 Food, music, security & tents: Please hire external service providers for these. Note that there is no kitchen on-site, so food must be cooked off-site and brought in. For functions that involve roasting meat, we allow you to do so from the garden on condition that you use standing charcoal stoves. This ensures that the grass does not get burnt by the heat from the equipment and the falling heated charcoal.
• 📋 Booking fee: We require a 50% deposit for small functions or a 30% deposit for big functions.
• 📅 Setting up: For a Saturday function, you are welcome to begin setup on the preceding Thursday (earliest Wednesday at 6:00pm).
• 📌 Notifying the Uganda Police Force (UPF): As per the UPF 2018 guidelines for securing gatherings, all events at the garden including details like numbers expected and location must be reported to the nearest police station (Kikaaya police station) prior to the event. The UPF uses this information to plan for aspects like the number of security teams to deploy and to ensure safety and security for all, that is, if you (the client) choose to have them physically present at the event. But, at the bare minimum, you (the client) must atleast notify them (the Kikaaya station).
• 🕛 Curfew: Please note that our curfew is midnight. All events and celebrations must conclude by this time.
• 🧹 Clearing up: The client is required to ensure that the garden is cleared of all tents, chairs, boardwork, and equipment, by end of business the next day.
• ⚠️ Very important: Deposits are non-refundable, so please ensure your date is set before booking.
